Look for state winery signs which are white and have a purple bunch of grapes and will say Westbend Vineyards.

Take Exit 246 (Shallowford Rd.) off of Hwy. 421 and follow my BMW signs to the winery. Do not exit too early by taking the "Lewisville" exit. Travel time from Downtown Winston-Salem will only be about 20 minutes.
